How the service is delivered

• Browsing is delivered instantly in your browser at bhkscanner.com, free of charge.
• Paid plans activate immediately after successful payment — your tier's early access applies from that moment.
• Alerts are delivered to the email address (and Telegram, where included in your plan) that you provide, as new listings matching your saved filters are found — typically within minutes of our agents discovering them.

Not receiving alerts you subscribed to? Check spam/promotions first, then contact support@bhkscanner.com or +91 97469 38443 (Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST) — we resolve delivery issues within 2 business days, and our refund policy covers you if we fail to deliver.
